MIT CISR’s Enterprise Architecture – This site goes into depth with regards to how they view Enterprise Architecture and the various components included in EA. They also have an Architecture Maturity model that you may want to take a look at.
TOGAF Guidance for Security Architecture – this chapter of TOGAF is meant to explain the security considerations that need to be addressed during application of the TOGAF Architecture Development Method (ADM).
TOGAF Architecture Capability Frameworks – This link takes to to a site within TOGAF that talks about 3 different architecture maturity models; Software Engineering Institute, US DoC ACMM, and CMMI.
National Association of State CIOs (NASCIO) – The NASCIO site contains all sorts of information that an Enterprise Architect or Security Architect would look for as well as Webinars that you can register for.
WikiDOT Enterprise Architecture Maturity Model – WikiDOT has a nice model that allows the Architect to measure and grow their Architecture practice.
Forrester: EA Assessment Blog – Forrester Analyst Henry Peyret wrote a blog that talks to the importance of a maturity & assessment model.
